Άνετο πετρόκτιστο σπίτι με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες,{οι κρεβατοκάμαρες διαθέτουν κλιματισμό) ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά, καθιστικό ,μπάνιο, κουζίνα και μεγάλη βεράντα. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου και επιπλέον της βεράντας μπορεί να έχει χρήση και της αυλής του σπιτιού . Βρίσκεται 700μ.από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού και 1000μ. από την είσοδο του ωραιότερου φαραγγιού του Ταϋγέτου. Ιδανική θέση για ημερήσιες εκδρομές στον Ταϋγετο, Πάρνωνα, Μυστρά, Σπάρτη , παραλίες και ιστορικούς-θρησκευτικούς χώρους. Το Ξηροκάμπι έχει μία φιλόξενη πλατεία με καφενεία ,εστιατόρια ,μανάβικα, μπακάλικα και αρκετές πολιτιστικές εκδηλώσεις.
Μας ενδιαφέρει η άνεση των επισκεπτών και αν τους ενδιαφέρει έχουμε την γνώση για να τους δείξουμε πεζοπορικές και ορειβατικές διαδρομές, σημεία και χώρους που δεν υπάρχουν σε τουριστικούς οδηγούς, έθιμα και εκδηλώσεις αναλόγως την εποχή, ακόμη μαθήματα ψηφιδωτού με έκπτωση 10% από την mosaic art στη Σπάρτη
Οι περισσότερες πληροφορίες υπάρχουν στο Ιντερνετ , αλλά ανάλογα με τις επιθυμίες των επισκεπτών θα τους ενημερώνω για κάθε χώρο έτσι όπως τα ξέρουμε οι ντόπιοι.
