Yi artistry medieval house on Chios Island is a charming example of traditional architecture. Built of stone and decorated by wooden furniture inside, the house features a relaxing terrace with views of the Kalamoti village. Inside, the house is cozy and inviting, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The architecture has remained untouched throughout the years and the authentic vibe of the house cant be missed. The house consists of two floors and is 45sq meters. Ground floor: through the entrance you arrive at the kitchen area and dining area. Next two the kitchen is a private bathroom with shower. First floor: Following the stone stairs one arrives at the bedroom and the roof top. Bedroom hosts a double bed and rak for clothing. Air-condition available. rooftop is the place to be during afternoons to enjoy some relaxing time and why not a nice meal. Hayat: through the green wooden stair you can reach the secondary sleeping area hosting a mattress on the floor - usually occupied by kids. Hayat is part of the traditional architecture of many houses in Kalamoti and has preserved untouched. Fan available.

Visitors to Kalamoti can explore the village's historical past by wandering through the village's labyrinthine alleyways, admiring the stunning architecture and experiencing the local way of life. Two of the most famous beaches Komi and Mavra Volia (Emporios) are very close to Kalamoti (5 & 10min respectively) and ideal to enjoy the sea & soak up the Mediterranean sun. Komi has many different kind of beach bars and restaurants to apply to all tastes and help you within the day , while mavra volia is a volcano beach full of black pebbles , crystal blue waters and amazing sea food restaurants.
