“ZERVOU HOUSE” is a cozy and comfortable holiday house, located in the picturesque and green village of “Loutses”, North Corfu. Set in a quite area but not far from the well - known tourist resorts of North Corfu it is ideal to combine holidays on and off the beaten track. Beautifull sandy beaches are within an 8 minute drive, the fantastic traditional village of Palaia (old) Peritheia with its traditional tavernas is a 10 minute drive away while right next to the house, with an one – minute walk, you will find the perfect spot to enjoy the most beautiful view and sunset you have ever seen.
Mini markets, cafes and two nice tavernas are within a 5 minute drive distance in the village of (new) Peritheia – Agios Ilias – Pelekito. Saint Spyridon sandy beach (with many shops and restaurants) is 8 minutes drive, Kalamaki sandy beach is also about 8 – 9 minutes drive away, while big super markets and well known tourist resorts (like Acharavi and Kassiopi) are within 15 minutes driving. In Loutses village there is one small taverna (Hatzos taverna) 2 minutes walking and a shop with traditional products, fresh, local honey from the village, which you can taste for free, while you can sit and enjoy your coffee (BEE HAPPY shop).
