Private parking is available for 2–3 vehicles. The house is pet-friendly (with care), and includes essential amenities for families with small children. It’s the perfect spot for those seeking tranquility and nature, without being too far from the city. 🔸 Note: For bookings of 2 guests, access is provided to 1 bedroom only. For bookings of up to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms are available. The remaining bedrooms will remain closed. However, all other spaces in the house (bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace, parking, etc.) are fully available and for the exclusive use of the guests.

The house is located very close to Amarynthos, a charming seaside village that has everything you might need: pharmacy, supermarket, tavernas, cafés, and both organized and quiet beaches — all just a 10-minute drive away. The area is known for its warm hospitality and affordable prices. In just 20 minutes, you can reach Eretria, which offers even more options for dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions (such as the Archaeological Museum and the small islands just offshore). In the opposite direction, Aliveri is also 20 minutes away — a beautiful coastal town with a marina, seafront promenade, and plenty of spots to enjoy local cuisine. If you’re looking to explore some unique beaches, within 40 minutes, you can reach the stunning Mageiras Beach, or Korasida, one of South Evia’s most impressive beaches, known for its crystal-clear waters. This region offers the perfect blend of mountain and sea, peace and proximity — away from the crowds, but close to everything you need.
