The location is close to the market, all sorts of activities and surrounded by beautiful Mayan art.

Me and my beautiful family have always lived in San Juan La Laguna. We absolutely love our village and are very proud of our Mayan culture. Being able to share this with the rest of the world truly makes us happy. As a person, I absolutely love cooking. Especially with natural engridients. In my spare time you will either find me working on a construction project, harvesting vegetables or playing with my daughter.

Most of the people visiting San Juan la Laguna, totally fall in love with the vibrant colors of the town. Wherever you go, you will see beautiful wall paintings and art shops. Nice about our property, is that it's only a couple minutes walk from the town center and activities. But it is far enough out of the city center to feel secluded. We are approximatly 25 km distance away from the volcano, 74 km from Quetzeltenango, a 8 minute walk from the main boat doc and 3 minutes from the lake. Down at the property, towards the street, there is a little hidden café where you can get your morning coffee and breakfast. It's great to have this option nearby. But since it's a small unknown local café, you won't even notice it's there when you're at the property. At last there are many small food shops nearby. It's only a couple minutes walk from the bigger restaurants and famous places like 'Licor Marron' (the traditional chocolate factory) and 'Casa Flor Ixcaco' (woman weaving cooporation).
