As this is a residential complex, we ask all guests to respect the community by following a few simple common-sense rules, all rules will be sent to you. The most important are: 🚫 Absolutely no parties 🚭 No smoking anywhere inside the building or apartment All building rules must be respected to avoid fines. The administration enforces these rules strictly, and penalties for violations can be high. For your safety and ours, all reservations must be completed through the official booking platform, which provides full insurance and security coverage for both guests and hosts. All guests must follow the building's house rules, and while we do not manage the building itself, we ensure your apartment is ready and welcoming. 🏠 Apartment Options: - "Three-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony" Lower Level: Easier access, balcony. - "Two-Bedroom Apartment with Mountain View" Upper-level, volcano + pool views. - "Apartment with Mountain View" 3 Bedroom Upper-level, volcano + pool views. - 2x "Apartment with City View" 3 Bedroom: Near the top floor with cityscape outlook. 🌟 Resort-Style Amenities Included: Pool, large gym, cinema room, coworking space, BBQ areas, and common lounges. (NOT ALL COMMON AREAS MAY BE USED) 🧑‍🍳 Each apartment includes: Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV with streaming services, fully stocked kitchen with spices, oils, and basic sauces, drinking water for arrival, fresh linens, toiletries, and toilet paper. 🧼 Cleaning Info: - Final price includes all cleaning and taxes. - Mid-stay clean available upon request for Q150 / USD 20. - Essentials are provided for arrival only (not restocked unless requested for a clean). 🚫 We do not offer food or drinks, but you’re just steps from restaurants, cafes, and shops.
