Our residences are for accommodation only, and must not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for each residence type at all times. For any violations, an additional charge equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus 10% service charge & 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax and the enhanced room cleaning fee will be incurred. On the occasion that our residences are required for social or commercial purposes, our Sales team would be most delighted to assist. Please contact us for more information.
