The villa is located in the village Filipini, 7 km from Porec and the sea. Villa Maxima Agri in the past was a part of the property of the count Giorgio Filippi's castle which name carries the village Filipini. The house is tastefully furnished with lot's of designer details offering its guests a unique experience and comfort. Villa Maxima Agri on it's lovely enclosed property offers to its guests the following features: heated swimming pool of 40 sqm with salt water with an extra children's pool, two terraces with table and chairs, fireplace for barbecuing, bio-pool, outdoor shower, sunchairs and parasol.
