It offers an excellent retreat for all those who want to spend a relaxing vacation, but also don't want to be too far away from larger towns such as Pazin. On the bright and light-flooded first floor you will find an open space living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the first floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional toilet. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the beautiful private pool where you can relax and enjoy the warm Istrian sun. On the upper floor you will find another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace from where you can admire the beautiful nature surrounding the house or simply relax. In the carefully tended garden of Villa Funcici you will also find an outdoor summer kitchen with a dining area, ideal for preparing delicious meals while breathing in the fresh air, as well as the 4th bedroom and a bathroom. For those who want to try out a popular sport in Istria, there is a boules court near the villa. The beautiful family villa Funcici is located in the middle of idyllic nature in central Istria, about 7 km from the town of Pazin. Pazin, with its long tradition and rich culture, is the administrative center of Istria County. Due to its excellent location in the heart of Istria, the town is very well connected with other towns, larger tourist centers are only about 30 km away. This region offers something for every taste.
