The villa is a real gem: the rooms are spread over two floors, on each floor there is an airy and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. The villa can accommodate up to 7+1 guests in its four comfortable bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor, making it certainly suitable for children. The apartments are not connected with an internal staircase. Each apartment is accessible from the outside and has its own entrance. This charming villa is surrounded by a large, carefully maintained garden with plenty of natural shade, which will be particularly useful on hot summer days. In the garden you will also find an inviting private swimming pool as well as an outdoor dining area with barbecue. Outdoor relaxation is possible in several places, so you can choose to enjoy your morning coffee, a meal or a refreshing drink during the day on the terrace, which has a covered part but also an awning to provide shade. You can also relax in the garden under a tree. Or you can make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers right next to the pool.
