In our spacious apartment, you will enjoy a 180° Sea view and reside at a high standard. We have stable WIFI, working tables, efficient cooling and floor heating. You are 5 walking minutes away from beach, bakery or grocery store. When you park your car at our free parking site in front of the house, you will walk a few steps upstairs to arrive at the entrance area of the house. On the right, you will immediately see your private terrace with the magnificent Sea view and the entry door to the apartment. As soon as you enter your apartment, you will feel immersed by different seasons. The main bedroom has a Sea view and the picture on the wall gives you a feeling of a cool autumn breeze. The 2nd bedroom with the flower wall will flood you with happy feelings of a fresh spring morning. Taking a shower in our bathroom will feel like refreshing under a waterfall. All the pictures on the walls are taken by us during our travels through the world. Let us know your favorite when you give us feedback! Both bedrooms are equipped with working spaces and comfortable office chairs. However, you can also work from the dining table and enjoy the 180° Sea view when you need a change. The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a breathtaking view to the Mediterranean Sea. Prepare yourself a cup of coffee and sit down on the cozy couch in the living room to enjoy the colorful sunset. Or just enjoy yourself with a beer or a glass of your favorite wine on the couch or at your private terrace. The wash kitchen is at the area of the car park and is used by other guests too. My wife and I are together for almost 20 years now and we have traveled to many places in the world. Together, we have visited 24 countries. We have seen beautiful waterfalls in Cambodia, meter long white sand beaches in Australia and Indonesia. We have hiked through rain forests in Australia and ate ants and other insects for lunch in Laos. We have even cleaned elephant poo in a beautiful elephant conservation center in the jungles of Laos. But there is no place so far that touched our hearts that deeply as Rogoznica. We will not be physically there during your stay. However, we want you to have an extraordinary stay and are available for your questions. We will try to answer as soon as possible. If you something needs to be repaired in the apartment, let us know and we will send our site manager to help you out.

This small village with its ~2300 inhabitants (2011) inhabitants is a hidden gem in the coasts of Croatia. Some whispers call it the “Monte Carlo” of Croatia. Through the peninsula it is protected from the strong winds during the summer bathing trips. It still offers the feeling of a wide and open ocean, and you can even see wild dolphins when you visit during the right time. For sailing lovers, the Marina Frapa offers everything that your heart needs. Rogoznica is very accessible and conveniently located. It is only a 32 km drive from the international Split airport (SPU) and close to popular touristic destinations, such as Primosten (8km drive), Trogir (30 km drive), Sibenik (38 km drive) and Split (53 km drive). An adventurous trip to the impressive National Park Krka is only a 44 km drive away.
