The ground floor of the villa has all four bedrooms, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and an open concept dining room providing its guests with glimpses of a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic Sea. On the spacious terrace of the villa there is a large heated pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Around the pool there are 10 deck chairs where you can spend pleasant moments enjoying the summer sun.
