A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available on request. The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room, modern kitchen and an additional toilet. On the beautiful terrace of the villa there is a pool of 4x10 m large 1.5 m deep. Around the pool there are 4 deck chairs, outdoor barbecue and outdoor dining table. The yard of the villa is completely fenced, and inside the yard there are 2 parking spaces.
