RONA offers hundreds of apartments located in attractive locations in Istria, Opatija/Icici, Barbariga, Cervar Porat/Porec, and on the islands of Cres (Zaglav) and Pag (Gajac, Novalja).

The Residence Rona Erea is located in the picturesque village Icici, 150 m from the pebble beach and 2 km from Opatija. The facilities of the building include: central heating, barbecue with table and banks for 10 people, a well maintained garden and private parking space for each apartment.The facility has in total 6 apartments which have all been completely renovated. Please note that until mid-June and after mid-September there will be construction works next to the apartment, which may disturb your stay. Apartment for 2 + 2 persons (4 units in total) Approx. 36 m2, consists of one double room with a king size bed and exit to the balcony, kitchen with dining-living room with a pull-out couch for two persons (140 cm wide), bath/toilet. Apartment for 2 + 2 persons comfort (2 units in total) Approx. 56 m2 consists of one double room with a king size bed, kitchen, dining-livingroom with a couch bed 150 cm wide and a one person sleeping couch and exit to the balcony from both bedroom and living room

Ičići is most famous for its attractive beach and one of the best marinas in the Adriatic. For more than a decade, Ičići beach has been awarded the Blue Flag, an international symbol of high-quality service and cleanliness, and has been listed as one of the five best-maintained beaches in Croatia. However, Ičići offers much more than just enjoying the beach and sea. Visitors can spend an action-packed holiday doing a variety of sports activities such as speedminton, sand volleyball, beach aerobics, tennis, paintball and football at the nearby campsite. For hiking enthusiasts, there are numerous marked trails leading up to Mount Učka that start in Ičići and end at the top of the highest mountain in Kvarner.
