Each apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and an outside sitting area. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen, toilet with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, clothes, and a cleaning agent. Towels, shower gel, and a hairdryer are provided. The apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood, near Vruljica park and Tankerkomerc Marina Zadar. The center of Zadar "Old Town" can be reached by a slow walk of 15 minutes through the park and over the pedestrian bridge. For a shortened route and to avoid the crowd on the bridge we recommend going with Zadar's Barkajoli. Barkajoli, the Rowing Boatmen of Zadar have been a trademark of the city for almost 800 years. In small rowing boats, they transport passengers from Điga, the breakwater with the lighthouse, to the Peninsula and back.

Free of charge parking is possible on the street, in the nearby parking lot, or the park. You are near Zadar Center in the summer jams, but enough away from the crowd. You have your peace where you can have a drink, prepare a meal, read a book, and enjoy a pleasant garden atmosphere. Bakery Zadranka is on 300m. Pancake bar Slatka Tajna is on 450m. Public Steak & Burger is on 650 m. Jadran beach is on 750m.
