At only 35m2 of covered area, the apartment also features a private rooftop terrace with a dome opening of the same size (30m2) and a seating area. Both the bedroom with a springbox bed and the living room have a satellite LCD TV each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator and freezer as well as all the cooking equipment needed for a pleasant stay, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. Guests wishing to travel light can make use of our high-quality towels and linens free of charge. This part of the city, called Veruda Porat/Nova Veruda is very quiet and calm. Bus stop for the bus around the city is only 100m away. Closest supermarket is 50m away, and bigger stores and malls are 5min driving. The city center is only 2km from the apartment. Tourist marina is 200m walking (Tehnomont Marina). Only 20min walking there is a beautiful promenade and Park Plaza with plenty of sports facilities, rent-a-pedaling, rent-a-scooter, rent-a-bike, water slide, rocky beaches, and beautiful scenery are at your disposal all day long.
