The building is located in Split. It has: 2 balconies, WC, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a living room which has
movable bed.
From balcony(South one) you can see: big garden with fruit and vegetable, near garden there is a
barbecue which is free to use .On balcony there is a desk with 4 chairs.
From the other balcony u can see: mountain Kozjak and a park.
The building which is air-conditioned also has washing machine and dishwasher. Also object has garage and wi-fi which are included in the price. Object has Satellite television too.

This quart is very special because it's close to literally everything but it's also a peaceful place. The closest beach (Žnjan) is 1 Km away from the object. There are a lot of shopping centers:
A) Mall of Split->0.5 Km away from the object
B) City Center one-> 0.7 Km away from the object
Mcdonalds is close to object too (0,2 Km), supermarket tommy and caffe bar "Reklama" are just a few steps away from the object. Mountain Kozjak is 1.5 Km away from the object. Diocletian's Palace is 3.7 km away from the object.
