The apartment is located in a charming old town and offers a very beautiful sea view. It is ideal for couples or families without small children. Guests should be aware of a few things: 1) the parking place is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment and it can not be approached closer with the car. 2) The apartment is located on 4 floors. On the first floor is the entrance and bathroom, on the second floor there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, on the third floor there is a kitchen, dining room, terrace, and another bathroom, and on the fourth floor there is a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide, air conditioning, a balcony with a view of the sea and more one additional balcony. 3) Floors are connected with steep wooden stairs so it is not recommended for older people, children younger than 12 years old, and people with some specific health issues. 4) Air-conditioning device is located only in the bedroom on the 4th floor so it can be warm on first 3 floors. There is an extra ventilator in the apartment.
