Property information

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a total area of 55 m2 and consists of two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, hallway and kitchen with dining room. The apartment is fully equipped with new furniture. In front of the entrance to the apartment, there is a table and chairs for a summer gathering. Furthermore, in front of the house, there is a small "house" or a Dalmatian "komin", a space of approx. 7-8 m2 with a roof intended for grilling and baking dishes under the baking, which will, of course, be available to the guests. A parking space is also provided in the yard.

Neighbourhood information

My house is located in a place called Ražine, a suburban settlement in the town of Šibenik. The settlement is located on the southeastern side of the city, making it an extension. As Ražine is located right next to the town of Šibenik, all the city's facilities are available to guests, and in the place are numerous catering facilities, post office, a large shopping center "Dalmare". In the immediate vicinity there is a tourist settlement Brodarica (1-1,5 km), and the Hotel tourist resort Solaris (2-3 km) with numerous tourist facilities. NP Krka, Vodice, Skradin, Primošten, and numerous other smaller tourist resorts are located at a distance of 15 kilometers.
