Moja kuća se nalazi se u drevnom centru Punta u mirnoj pješačkoj zoni. Besplatan parking za goste je osiguran na privatnom posjedu u vrtu obiteljske kuće. Smještaj je od parkinga udaljen oko 220 m. Apartment Olive Garden Punat je autohtona kamena kuća koja je izgradjena prije više od 150 godina i u 2012 godini renovirana. Blizu smo centra, par minuta pješke i tu su okolo svi sadržaji - restorani, market, apoteka, pekara, vinoteka, kavane, slastičarne, park, dječji park, vježbalište na otvorenom, riblja tržnica. Do mora je 50 metara, tamo na obali čekaju brodovi kojima možete otići na izlet ili na privatnu vožnju do plaža u skrivenim uvalama. Kuća je usred zelenila s travnjakom, ležaljkama, okružena stablom smokve i masline. Možete sami ubrati grozd ili smokvu ili na terasi sa grilom ispeći sviježu ribu, sav pribor i ugljen je tu spreman. Takodjer jutra sa doručkom na terasi su nezaboravna.
Ja se zovem Iva, penzioner sam i većinu života sam bila turistički radnik. Sada u mirovini mi je doživljaj i izazov dočekivati turiste i moje goste u vlastitoj kući. Biti će mi drago pružiti vam informacije o okolini ili povijesti. Ujedno sam i turist, dobro poznajem prirodu i turističke staze u okolici. Dobro nam došli u Punat!
Moja četvrt se nalazi u pješačkom i povijesnom centru Punta sa uskim i strmim ulicama koje vode od mora uzbrdo. Blizu je crkva Svete Trojice, zavijetna crkva Sv. Roka, Galerija Toš i turistički interpetacijski centar.
