Decorated with attention to detail and fully equipped with everything you need, it is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. It is situated on the first floor of a small traditional house with a beautiful garden. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom, a comfortable living room with a dining place and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a cosy, bright veranda with a view of the city park, which is perfect for waking up in the morning with coffee and enjoying the evening with a glass of quality Istrian wine. You can also relax on the flower terrace in the garden. The apartment has Wi-Fi, 2 air conditioners, satellite TV, a washing machine and a dishwasher. My apartment has a private parking space. From this excellent location, you have the opportunity to explore the beautiful beaches nearby, visit the must-see Arena, Brijuni National Park and visit magical places in Istria. The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood, within 100 meters there is a grocery store, a small green market, a bakery, a pizzeria and several caffes. The city waterfront is 350 meters away and the Pula Arena is 400 meters away. In front of the apartment is a landscaped city park and behind it is a small pine forest. The fastest way to get around the city and to the beaches is by car, but due to the traffic jams, I recommend taking city buses. The bus stop is less than 100 meters from the apartment.
