The apartment is part of a newly built family house, it consists of two stories, ground floor and first floor which are conected with an inner stairwell. Ground floor consist of a large kitchen,dining room, toilet and living area as well as a private outdoor swimming pool with a BBQ house that has it"s own outdoor kitchen and a toilet. First floor consists of three bedrooms each with its own AC unit and its own bathroom. The apartment has about 230 m2 and an outdoor area of about 200m2.
Any kind of parties or events in the apartment and around the pool are strictly prohibited, the owners accept only bookings from families who want a peaceful holiday in the center of Split.
Please note that the parking spot can fit only personal cars, it cannot fit large SUVs and vans.
