The house is situated next to the river Ombla. River is suitable for swimming beacause it is a mix of sweat and salt water, and her flow is very slow. Right in front of the house is free parking space. The house is expanding on two floors and it has 90 m2. The first floor is actually sleeping area. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Master bedroom has double king size bed with beautiful view on river Ombla. The other smaller room has two beds. The second floor is living area. Living room and dining space are divided from the kitchen with an arch. Kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, dishes, water kettle, toaster). Big balcony window allows our guests to sit on couch and enjoy beautiful view on the river and numerous luxorious yachts and boats passing all the time during summer. View from the balcony spreads from the ACI Marina to the bridge, underneath which one Ombla river pours in the Adriatic sea.

Rijeka Dubrovačka is protected significant landscape. It is peacefull area where you can take long walks along the river. It is long 5 km. It is a bay, where sea and river water mix. It is situated in the immediate surroundings of Dubrovnik. The area is characterized by exceptional natural beauty and clear fresh running water, used to be the favourite summer resort of the Dubrovnik nobility. Numerous summer residences are still spread all over the area along both shores, as well as numerous sacral monuments. Outstanding one among them is 14th century Franciscan monastery in Rožat. Rijeka Dubrovačka is an excellent natural harbour for the Marina Dubrovnik situated here, where numerous yachts from all over the world spend the winter season.
