Property information

The family house is situated in a quiet area of Njivice, just 350 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the town center. On the second floor, there are two apartments offering beautiful sea views. The two-bedroom apartment, suitable for 4 to 6 guests, includes two bedrooms, a kitchen combined with a living room featuring a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a balcony. It also has a washing machine for added convenience. The one-bedroom apartment accommodates 2 to 3 guests and consists of one bedroom, a kitchen with a living room and sofa bed, a bathroom, and a balcony. Both apartments come equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, and air conditioning. Parking is available in front of the house.
