Opišite što vaš objekt čini posebnim. Koja je priča vašeg objekta? Po čemu se ističe? Objekt se nalazi na samom početku pješčane Kraljičine plaže koja je duga 2,5 km. Apartmani su opremljeni SAT TV, većina apartmana opremljena je inverter klimama. Prema izboru američkog Travel Channela Kraljičina plaža u samom je vrhu najljepših plaža svijeta. Tri godine za redom dobila je titulu najljepše plaže Jadrana. Kraljična plaža, 3 km duga pješčana plaža u Ninskoj laguni, s jednim od najljepših pogleda na Velebit ostavlja bez daha. Najveće nalazište ljekovitog blata u Hrvatskoj smješteno je u Ninu. Blato se koristi u terapeutske svrhe za razne bolesti već četrdeset godina. Tu se nalaze i ptice koje vole močvarna staništa. Plaža je prirodno pješčana i ostala je isključivo u prirodnom obliku, plaža nema prirodnog hlada zbog jakih udara vjetra "bure" 150-220 na sat Na širem prostoru se nalazi 6 natura staništa, 3 rijetke i 4 endemične biljke. Otuda i ime plaže u čijoj ljepoti, zbog iznimno dugog plićaka, uživaju i obitelji sa malom djecom. Zanimljivo je i to da na putu do nje treba prijeći desetak metara dugi plićak, a u blizini se nalazi ljekovito blato. Vjetrovi jačine 150-220 na sata u Ninskoj laguni čine ovaj akvatorij idealnim za surfanje i zmajarenje
