All 3 apartments are completely renovated in the old captains villa in the center of Mali Losinj, just minutes for the main square and 5-10 minutes from the closest beaches. In front of the house it is a beautiful Mediterranean garden with garden chairs and tables to relax in the shade of palms and trees. Access to the garden is in front of the house, 40-50m from the Apartment with Sea View and Duplex Studio entrances. Apartment with Terrace has big 50sqm terrace for private usage with direct access to the garden. Apartment with Sea View has a high ceilings (>3m) and a beautiful view, Duplex Studio has spacious attic living and sleeping area. All the kitchens are fully equipped, all the bedrooms have private bathrooms. Everything is fully air-conditioned and WiFi covered. Bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating system for early spring, late fall. Public parking with a permit is organized close to the market shop, 300 meters from the apartments.

We are couple who love to travel, used to live in Toronto, but originating from Croatia and living in Zagreb and Mali Losinj. We enjoy traveling short and long distances, love Italian, Austrian and French mountains in the winter, Adriatic coast in the summer. Please, come and check Losinj, one of our jewels. Come to enjoy crystal clear sea, sun, islands, beaches, food (particularly fish and baby lamb, but also cheese, local organic vegetables, olive oil, fruits, ...) and vine.

House is in a residential neighborhood, quiet and well situated for all amenities: coffee shops, restaurants, shops, beaches, city center, Museum of Apoxyomenos... A lot of beaches are accessible by car, boats, bikes and foot, numerous of walking and hiking tours are available on the island. Sea is crystal clear and warm in the summer months, Losinj is famous for its pine trees and anti-allergy climate.
