This is an ideal relaxing location with unrivalled views and prime position on the sea front. The property is located only 4 metres away from the sea.This brand new building has 2 apartments for rent. APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB AND TERRACE is situated on the 1st floor.This 2 bed and 2 bath apartment is equipped with 3 beds, 3 air conditioning units and 3 tv. The living room sofa is a box spring bed sized 160x200 cm with pu foam mattress and additional memory mattress on top off it.This apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor lounging and dining area. Sun umbrellas and sunbathing chairs are included in the price. So is the change of linen and or towels. There are no extra charges.

The garden is reserved for the ground floor only. Please note that this property may only accommodate guests who have booked their stay at this property. This is a tranquill location, yet only 5 minutes walk away from the centre Bibinje and nearby restaurants, market and grocery stores . The building is situated half way to Bibinje Marina and half way to downtown Bibinje...which makes it an ideal location for swimming. There is a possibility of mooring a boat up to 5 meters.PLEASE NOTE THAT AQUA IS A BUILDING WITH THREE APARTMENTS AND MAY NOT BE RENTED AS A WHOLE VILLA.
