The Art House is a renovated home, from an old ruin. It's full of history, and is nearly as old as Stara Baška itself. It's said, that the town folks would gather at now the Art House, to dance, sing, eat and drink, to celebrate. The Art House has a breath taking view's. The sunsets are amazing from the terrace, and its never the same view forever changing colour and appearance, with every new day and night. The Art House is the place to be, to relax, unwind, by the sea, and enjoy yourself on the perfect holiday. Who knows, you could even be inspired to bring out the artist in you.
Welcome to the Art House Stara Baška I was born in Melbourne, Australia. I then moved to Croatia where I have been living the last past 12 years, here in this magical part of the world Stara Baška on the island of Krk. I graduated, from University, where I received my Diploma in Art and Design, and till this day I still practice it as a freelance artist, where I also enjoy, to teach my profession, not just with painting, but also guitar, and photography and craft. If interested, lessons can be arranged teaching you some skills, and technique, in your own style you can create your own piece of art, as a beautiful reminder of your stay at the Art House, and take a fond memory a little piece of Stara Baška back home with you.
