Villa Storia is a beautiful holiday home in the hinterland of Sibenik, only 15 km away from the nearest beach. The interior of your newly built holiday home spreads over two floors and features 3 bedrooms, all having access to their own en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a living and dining area with fireplace, as well as an additional toilet. All 3 air conditioned bedrooms with televisions and safe boxes are located on the top floor, where you also have a wonderful balcony which overlooks your swimming pool and the nearby fields. A lovely covered terrace located on the ground floor features a stone barbecue, large dining table and a seating area. From there you have direct access to your amazing private swimming pool and a lovely garden that comes with a basketball court, children's playground with swings, trampoline, table tennis, a bocce ball court, 5 bicycles and much more...
