Our family house is located in a village of Rovanjska, right next to the beach. Access from the highway: first exit after Sveti Rok tunnel, go in the direction of Paklenica. You need approx. 5 minutes. When you pass the restaurants, continue 100 meters and turn after Studenac shop to the left. The path downhill steeply descends, turn right at the café along the coast and continue to the house with a garage, that is about 50 m before the end of the blind street. In front of the garage there is a parking space with a house number 34. In July and August it is payable so park certainly there. Climb the stairs, the studio is located below and the apartment above. The keys will be handed over by our landlady or left in the locker near the door. Unfortunately, because we live in Slovenia, I can not see all the guests in person. The apartments have everything you need for your stay, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Studio was completely renovated in 2017 and the apartment partially in 2021/22. We have a garden solar shower as there is none at the beach. My parents built the house when I was a kid. We used to advertise only the studio through the booking, the upper part was for family usage only, but as we renovated it, you can book it now, too. The neighbourhood is calm and, except in the high season, there is nothing that would sparkle your peace. The beach is long and has a lot of shade from the trees, it goes all the way along the village. There are two restaurants and shops at the main road, and for bigger shopping or for an ATM (new - one is at Bartol's) you will need to drive to nearby Maslenica (4 km), Seline (8 km), Posedarje (10 km) or Stari Grad (10 km). There is also a chance to enjoy and visit Paklenica National Park, much recommended for climbers. At Bartol's restaurant you can subscribe for visiting a beautiful, from tourists undiscovered underground cave (2 hours walk), and you can jump bungee from the old Maslenica bridge. 3 pubs are located at the beach from one side to the other, and let me mention just one more thing - limitless swimming. Yes, the whole bay is yours, no swim barriers in the water. Only a few boats pass by during the day so enjoy it as this is nowadays an exclusive privilege.
