In just 2-3 minutes by car you can find many useful facilities in Labinci and Katelir, from grocery shops (only 100 m from the house) to typical restaurants, cafes, rural households and wine roads. The nearest pebble beach, sports and recreational facilities can be found in the tourist town of Lanterna, 9 km away. The flat is located in a fenced garden of 1300 square metres, where guests have a 32 square metre swimming pool with sun loungers, a children's playground, a covered terrace with seating, table football, darts, stepper and another terrace with dining table and barbecue at their private disposal. The flat has a capacity of 6 people and a total internal area of 100 square metres. The larger accommodation unit consists of an air-conditioned living area with sitting area, dining table and equipped kitchen leading to the covered terrace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet. From here you can visit the town of Motovon and the fascinating Baredine stalactite cave. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this.
