Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, the villa guarantees its guests complete privacy so they can fully enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. This fully air-conditioned villa with a living space of 200 m2 consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with double beds while in one there are two separate single beds. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom equipped with shower and underfloor heating and a TV. Guests of the villa also have a separate toilet at their disposal. The open-plan ground floor of the villa consists of an elegant kitchen equipped with everything guests may want during their stay, sun-soaked dining room and a spacious living room perfect for afternoon relaxation. The airy interior of the villa will make you feel right at home. The fully enclosed, 800m2 large yard of the villa features a swimming pool (9.5 x 3.5) surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Guests can relax in the comfortable outdoor sitting area whilst sipping cool drinks or preparing fresh grilled meals on the outdoor grill. Furthermore, the beautifully landscaped courtyard features a covered dining area for 8 people. The villa also has 4 private parking places.
