The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house and has an area of 64m2. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and in the living room with access to the terrace a sofa can be folded out to create a fifth bed. The living room has air conditioning and TV. There are comfortable armchairs on the terrace overlooking the local pine forest. The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with beautiful crockery, an induction hob, an electric kettle, a fridge, a Krups coffee machine and a contact grill. The apartment also has a secure utility room where beach equipment or bikes can be stored. Guests can use the washing machine and clothes dryer in the room.

The apartment is located in the town of Nerezine. It is 100m away from the public beach with good access to the water on pebbles and a small bar. Next to the beach is a pine forest where there is plenty of shade and you don't have to worry about cramped conditions. The nearest grocery store is in the centre of the town, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, where you can drive and park your car conveniently. In the centre you will also find a small bakery, a butcher's shop, a fishmonger and a shop selling local produce and handmade souvenirs. We will be happy to advise you where to go for a good drink and a meal. The town of Nerezine is a 15 km drive from Mali Losinj, the largest town on the island, where you can find large supermarkets such as Jadranka Maxi, Lidl or Plodine, drugstore DM and BIPA. For a family trip you can go to the historic centre of Osor, which lies in the strait between the islands of Losinj and Cres. Osor is easily reached on foot, it is 4km along the cycle path along the sea. There is also a museum in the town and it is possible to rent a VR set to explore the town. The historic centre of Veli Losin or the Cikat Park are also worth a trip.
