Our home is built in traditional Mediterranian stone & wood, within the historic centre of the most popular island of the region, Island Vis (In 2017, Hollywood stars Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan were shooting "Mama Mia 2" musical-movie). Our location is safe & quiet, 24/7 traffic free, close to everything, never too close for comfort, with natural serenity even in the highest of the season, yet not too far from the centre, beaches & bays. They are all on our private property for share exclusively for our guests only, with awesome sea/bay view from all spots. We can organize boat/sailing/diving & fishing trips. Try our own wine!

Sailor, fisherman & chef cook, originaly from the island, connected to it with hart & mind. I arranged our home with great love & passion for the local atmosphere and tradition knowing it from my youth growing on the Island. The interior is in my own unique maritime concept all breathing in the Mediterranean tradition and athmosphere of the Island soul, using natural materials from the Island, marely stone and wood and antique local furniture, to reflect the best of the Island & Mediterranean as it once was right in there with all respect and sensitivity to its authentic beauty. I made it the way I'd do it for myself, not as just another tourist apartment with Ikea room. I wanted to make warm unique island-like traditional home that feels like home to me every time I enter and I'd like same feeling to pass on to every my guest so that they take some nice memories from there instead staying in just another zimmer frei tourist apartment as there are so many like that. I know the taste is personal and differs to many people but still I took a risk, followed my own feeling and passion when making it the way it is. To experience the unique peace in surounding nature of our gardens and unforgettable sea & bay view our great location provides we need to climb 5-7 minutes of old street stairway, best in slow easy walk from the old town centre to reach our special location, very much suitable to start exploring the whole Island from here. Just downstairs to the old centre our guests can rent a bike, boat, car or a scooter. 24/7 traffic free with great sea view and silence even in the peak of the season yet not far from popular old centre Kut and the sea, with fine restaurants there, caffees, shops, gardens and terraces, 20 min walk along the sea to the favorite "Grandovac" beach is all what makes our property so special. All is here at one place. The whole Island can be explored from here as this is also a central location. There is enough to see for 2 weeks minimum, every day other top-site. Or just chillin' on the rock of the bay all day & night long. We recomend minimum 1 week stay to see a piece of the island's great legacy and visit major hot spots like Blue Cave, boat trip around the Island, Military and Wine Tours or just relaxing and seeing it all from our terrace or our room windows.
