Casa Laurales is a traditional Istrian house located in the small and quiet village of Marići. The villa has cca. 102m2 and is surrounded by a beautiful yard that covers more than 2000 m2, where guests have a 24 m2 swimming pool and a small children's pool, as well as a children's playground equipped with swings, a slide and badminton equipment. Although the Villa shares one exterior wall with a smaller neighboring house that is mostly empty, the size of the yard ensures our guests complete peace and privacy with a beautiful view of the vineyard, which is also located in the yard of the villa. An old Istrian tavern (36 m2), which can be used as a summer kitchen, as well as an indoor and outdoor grill, are available to guests.
We are renting Casa Laurales from 2012. More then 10 years of experience ensure that our guests receive superior service and accommodation quality.
