Chubi is a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor that has its own parking space, terrace, outdoor fireplace, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In vegetable garden guests can pick seasonal vegetables. Two rooms have a large double bed 180*200 cm and a wardrobe. The living room has a large sofa, air conditioning and TV. The kitchen has an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, espresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, table and chairs. The toilet has a shower cabin, a toilet bowl, a hair dryer and a washing machine. There is a terrace in front of the apartment, a fireplace and a parking space in the yard. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every 10 days cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price.
