Our new, modern and well-furnished property with a 32m2 heated swimming pool, spacious sauna, and jacuzzi on a huge rooftop provides an incredible vacation experience for your family, and your friends. The property was created to spend time comfortably. Guests have plenty of space to relax in the sun as well as in the shade. Solid, modern garden furniture such as deckchairs, small tables with chairs, sunshades, garden sofas, garden armchairs, and more are at the guests' disposal as well as water toys for the youngest.

Neighbourhood information

The village of Zaton is a unique combination of Dalmatian architecture, Mediterranean pleasant climate, preserved nature, rich in cultural-historical heritage and lively tourist everyday life. The sandy beaches in the shade of ancient trees are ideal for families with children. If you want to find a peace, crystal clear sea, clean sea bed, shade of the pine-forest, unforgettable sunsets, the village of Zaton is an ideal place for your vacation. On the area of the village of Zaton the known remnants of life and culture date from the beginning of the Bronze Age, about 4 000 years ago. On the present position the village has gradually developed from the end of the 17th century, after the withdrawal of Turks. Up to recently the village lived from agriculture, cattle raising and fishing trade.
