Potrna is a settlement in the municipality of Blato, Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Korcula is part of the Dalmatian coast. Poturca was formed in the mid 19th century around a few fertile fields on the west end of the island. There are archaeological remains of Gradina in Potirna, as well as ancient Greek and Roman artifacts. Growing grapes, olives and figs are the main base of agricultural products. The village consists of two parts of Upper and Lower Potirna. The local coves are Grdaca, Žalić, Garma, Nova and Slatina.
