Cvit Jadrana je novouredeni apartman koji se nalazi na 1.katu novoizgradene zgrade u Spinutu. Opremljen je svim potrebnim stvarima za ugodan boravak ukljucujuci i opremu za kuhanje. Zatvoreni garazni box, koji se nalazi na etazi -2, je liftom povezan s apartmanom i ukljucen je u cijenu najma.
Apartman je na pjesackoj udaljenosti od svih gradskih znamenitosti kao sto su Dioklecijanova palaca 900m, Riva promenade 900m, Park sume Marjan s plazama za kupanje 700m, Stadion Park Mladezi for ULTRA Festival 1000m
