I am a full time teacher with a background in art and design which I hope is reflected in the house to bring you a a peaceful feel to my house. I bought the land here in Ripenda 10 years ago and set about working closely with the Architect to design the house just the way I wanted it. I took my time to find the right furniture and fittings to give my house a lovely feeling of relaxation and friendliness to everyone who comes here. The house is relatively new to the rental market. I like to exercise regularly so having a pool and the bicycles there are important to me. Feel free to use these, extra bikes can be rented locally in Rabac. I am from a large Irish family hence the house is large enough to accommodate 6 in the bedrooms comfortably and with the use of the king size bed settee and pull out bed you can have 3 more. There is a baby cot there also. I like to entertain and the BBQ area is perfect for this. With the outside lighting setting a lovely ambiance for the occasion. I like to relax when I am in the house and read a book or play board games feel free to take a book and leave a book. DVDs are also available in the house for your pleasure. Enjoy!

House is located in Lovely country village with only 2.5km to Labin town. Very quiet/peaceful. House has all the comforts of home. Stunning views of Adriatic 1km from house, 3km drive to Rabac, beach/shops/cafe bars and land and sea activities. Famous for its Scuba diving with sunken war ships to explore in the crystal clear water. In Rabac other sports include tennis, water skiing, table tennis, horse riding, bike /hike trails, quad biking, zip wires, to name but a few. Istria is full of vineyards/olive groves with tours available all year round. Truffle hunting is another favorite pastime in the off summer season check with local tourist agencies for information on these. Or book a private tour through me. Fishing is another favorite pastime here. Cycling both on road and off road are very popular in this region with specific maps available for cycle routes available from local hotels in Rabac. Making this region an all year round tourist heaven. House available to rent all year. Tours can be arranged locally through my House Manager. For those who like to shop a new indoor shopping mall was opened in Pula 2019 making it the largest mall in the region.
