The luxurious Villa Curiera with private pool in the coastal town of Malinska is a modern accommodation just 200 meters from the beach. Relax this summer in this beauty close to tourist attractions. This modern and comfortable villa has 6 luxuriously and intelligently designed accommodation units and can accommodate up to 18 people. Each unit has its own entrance and balcony. Villa Curiera is ideal for accommodating larger groups. If you want to spend your vacation with family or friends, there are several types of apartments, from simple smaller studios to spacious studios with an additional bedroom. Guests have at their disposal a spacious and fully equipped summer kitchen with a large terrace where you can prepare and enjoy your favorite dishes, as well as an outdoor pool, a favorite area of ??our guests when they want to bask in the sun, relax under a parasol with a book or take new photos in the company of their favorite people. Villa Curiera is less than 1 minute walk from many bars and restaurants. Taste the rich flavors of Mediterranean cuisine and enjoy homemade pasta, seafood, roasted lamb, olive oil, sheep's cheese and excellent homemade wine. The villa is in an ideal location for exploring and getting to know Malinska and other places on the island. If you have any questions or need information about the island and activities, our hosts will be happy to help you. SPECIAL NOTES: 6 parking spaces are available for guests in the courtyard of the villa. Pets (maximum 2 pets) are allowed for a fee of EUR 15.00 per pet per day. The security deposit of EUR 1,000.00 is paid in cash upon arrival. The housekeeper is in the house. Parties are not allowed.
