Double bedroom with a sea view with a large king size bed, balcony with a sea view and a sitting set for balcony, big screen TV, fridge, large sofa with a table and a chairs, a mirror, big wardrobe and a bathroom with a tub. Bathroom is outside of a room and belongs just to this room. Bedroom is 20 sqm wide and spacious. It can accommodate one more person sleeping in extra bed. Free air condition is available in the room. Room is at the first floor. Beach and center of town, a main city harbor is only a few minutes walk like 150m from the house. You can find many restaurants and bar at the promenade, again, only a few minutes walk. No need to use a car because everything is so close.
