I would be very happy to welcome you to our beautiful family villa, which we have prepared ourselves for you with a lot of love and energy. Enjoy the great garden, in the evening the view over the illuminated Kvarner Bay and a spacious and modern house. My three children love the house. I am sure you will feel very comfortable as well. The house was completely renovated in the second quarter of 2019 and has been available for you in new splendour since 1 July 2019.

Property information

The family villa is a beautiful property on the Opatija Riviera. Next to the villa, the property has a spectacular panoramic terrace and an 800 sqm green garden for relaxing and playing. The family villa offers enough space for one or two families and is perfectly located in the centre of Opatija, e.g. the park Angiolina, the Lungomare or the beautiful old town of the fishing village Volosko.
