Apartment House Viva offers two spacious, air-conditioned, and fully-equipped apartments, perfectly located just a 15-minute walk from the historic Old Town and a quick 5-minute stroll to the public beach. The property provides private parking on-site and features a shared barbecue area for guests to enjoy. Nearby, you’ll find a convenient restaurant, bar, and grocery store. Apartment Viva °1, situated on the first floor, accommodates up to 4 guests in two comfortable bedrooms, with an option for an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room (130 cm x 190 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. The bathroom includes a bathtub, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer for added convenience. The apartment also features two balconies, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding views. Apartment Viva °2, located on the second floor, also accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, with the option for an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room (130 cm x 190 cm). The fully-equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances for preparing meals with ease. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer for your comfort. This apartment boasts two balconies as well, perfect for enjoying a scenic view of the sea. Please Note: Pets are welcome with prior notification and an additional fee of 15 Eur per day. By bringing a pet, guests agree to take full responsibility for their pet and ensure that the pet is not left unattended in the apartment.
