Discover a serene getaway at our apartment with a spacious sea view terrace located in the tranquil Bunica, near a beautiful natural beach and just a 5-minute drive to the town of Senj. The apartment, comfortably nestled on the ground floor, spans 55m² and is designed to accommodate up to four guests. The interior boasts a living and dining area with a cozy sofa bed for two, a flatscreen TV, rustic wooden table with matching benches against the backdrop of exposed stone walls and wooden beams, creating a welcoming ambiance. The integrated kitchen area includes an induction hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and a dishwasher for your convenience. The private bedroom features a comfy 160cm wide double bed and ample wardrobe space, while the bathroom comes equipped with a shower, WC, and washbasin. A partial air conditioning system ensures a pleasant stay, and Wi-Fi access is readily available. The crown jewel of this property is its expansive 100m² terrace that affords breathtaking sea views. It comes furnished with a dining table, six chairs, a large parasol for shade, a gas grill for enjoyable outdoor cooking, and two deckchairs for relaxation. Although pets are not permitted, guests have the option to rent a garage parking space on-site. With the beach just 250m away and the nearest town center and grocery store within a 5km radius, our apartment offers both the tranquility of the sea and the convenience of town amenities. The apartments are in the little village Bunica, just a five-kilometre drive from the town Senj. There is a lovely natural beach a few minutes’ walk away. Both apartments have a large, furnished terrace with a wonderful view of the sea, which will no doubt be your favourite place. A free parking space is available. There is also a garage with a parking space for use free of charge. The special highlight is the breathtaking sea view that you can enjoy from the terraces.
