Property information

Our beautiful apartment house with all of its facilities offers you a perfect holiday experience. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, with a private beach, it grants you complete privacy and serenity. We have 4 apartments – 2 apartments suitable for 6 people (90m2) and 2 apartments for 4 (60 m2). Each apartment has its own entrance, a terrace and is fully equiped for everyday needs. Please note, we do not offer restaurant service, but self-catering. For those who enjoy an active vacation, it is a perfect place since a private pool and a private tennis court are at your disposal, as well as the ping-pong table and the billiard. By the tennis court, there is a big barbecue for you to use and in our courtyard there are a few big outdoor dinner tables where you can enjoy your dinners. In the pool house you can relax during the day, or spend your evenings socializing without fearing the noise would disturb those sleeping. In the pool house there is a bar, a mini-kitchen, a refrigerator, a TV and a table football. The pool is illuminated.

Neighbourhood information

The house is situated in a perfect location if you like one-day trips since the ferries for the island of Pag and the island of Rab are in the near proximity, Plitvice lakes and Zadar are about 100 km away. Boat trips to the Island of Pag can be booked in Karlobag. For those who love the sea, but also the mountain vacation experience, Baške Oštarije is just a 25 min car ride away. From there you can go hiking, horseback riding or visit an unique adrenalin park Rizvan City. One of Croatia's most popular party destinations, Zrće beach, is about 30 minutes car ride away.
