Experience an unforgettable holiday in our stylish holiday villa in Gripole, a charming suburb near Rovinj. This property, lovingly renovated in 2012, is spread across a 1,100 sqm fenced plot and offers 160 sqm of living space, accommodating up to twelve guests. Built in 1975, the villa impresses with unique color schemes in each room and a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy. The villa's two floors are connected by external stairs, adding to the pleasant spatial experience. Inside the villa, you'll find a spacious, airconditioned dining and living room perfect for spending time together. Five tastefully decorated bedrooms with double beds promise restful nights. Additionally, there are three bathrooms with showers and two guest toilets at your disposal. Entertainment is well provided for: Satellite TV and a DVD player in the living area, along with an extra small living room and a children's room with a TV and gaming console on the upper floor, offer a variety of entertainment options. Free Wi-Fi access is naturally included. A cot and high chair are available for our youngest guests. The outdoor area is characterized by a 24 sqm private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a sun umbrella - the perfect spot to cool off on hot summer days or relax under the starry sky in the evening. A covered terrace with two large wooden tables and benches provides ample space for up to 12 people and invites you to enjoy lively barbecue evenings at the brick wood oven, for which plenty of firewood is provided free of charge. There is a playground for children, and for your convenience, five parking spaces are laid out in front of the villa. A restaurant awaits your visit just 100 meters away, with shopping opportunities located 1.6 km away. The city center and the beach are just a few kilometers from the villa, as is the airport, 38 km away. The landlord lives on the premises and is available for questions at any time.
