This old stone house has been lovingly renovated, maintaining its rustic style, and equipped with modern comforts to ensure a memorable stay. The property features a swimming pool and a professional outdoor hot tub, making it the perfect escape for families seeking both relaxation and adventure. Inside, Villa Tonka is meticulously arranged for comfort and entertainment. The first floor houses a cozy living room and a dining room with an adjoining kitchen, fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs. The top floor boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. For those looking for indoor entertainment, a billiards table and a table-tennis table are available in the cellar, ensuring fun for all ages. The outdoor area of Villa Tonka is a haven of relaxation. Surrounded by olive trees, the back garden hosts a private swimming pool and a HotSpring Summit hot tub, accompanied by comfortable deck chairs for sunbathing. An outdoor grill is available for delightful family barbecues. Additionally, guests have special access to the house owners’ secluded land plot by the sea, a mere 15-minute drive away, offering a pristine spot for swimming and exploring the natural beauty. However, it's important to note that the swimming pool is not available in April and October. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming medium-sized dogs, and is situated conveniently close to the beach, the sea, and the town centre, all within 1300m, offering a blend of serenity and accessibility for a truly refreshing holiday. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
