Hedera Estate is a company established in 2007 in order to run the accommodation rental business in Dubrovnik more effectively, to set high standards in this branch and to offer our guests services they need to make their stay in Dubrovnik comfortable and enjoyable.

Property information

This luxurious three-bedroom apartment sits on the eastern entrance of Old Town offering magical views to the blue Adriatic and Lokrum Island. Situated a few steps from Banje beach and in the vicinity of the Old town, Excelsior hotel, shops and restaurants, the apartment offers the best of Dubrovnik in a minute or two walking distance. The apartment (144 sqm + 50 sqm terrace) is divided between two levels with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The first level consists of a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a half bathroom with a toilet and sink, large lounge area/living room, dining area with table for six and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. The terrace is offering a dining area with a Jacuzzi and splendid views. Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area. On the second level there is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one double bedroom, a second bathroom, TV room with pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests.

Neighbourhood information

Located conveniently on the Ploce entrance of the Old Town only a minute walk from cafes, ATM, bakeries and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for those who seek to be in the vicinity of city center. Banje Beach is just below the property, several other beaches are within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a short external stairway (20 steps) leading to the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
