Property information

The Carla holiday home is located in a quiet part of Porec, in the Cimizin settlement, a 10-minute walk from Pical beach and the city center. The house has 2 floors and has its own garden with a barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers available for guests to use. The house has been renovated (2023.), in front of the house there is parking for 2 cars. Pets are welcome. The total area is 125m2 for 2-4 persons. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with access to a terrace with seating set and a garden which also has seating, barbecue, bench and sun loungers, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned with a double bed and access to a balcony with seating, and one with a french bed, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The house has wireless internet access and air conditioning, all included in the price of accommodation. The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and yard are exclusively available to guests. No youth groups allowed.
